The Sisterhood of A.S.P.A

Aspen.Beautiful Aspen.Breathing in the fresh pine air was like breathing out my old life and breathing in a new one. One that revolved around me as a freshman . "Oh Honey" my mom said hugging me one more time "I'm going to miss you so much but remember use the meal plan, be nice to your roommates, and oh i'm going to miss you!".
"Bye mom" I said " for real this time goodbye". she finally got into the car and drove off leaving black marks on the street. For the first time in my life i actually missed her. of course I had missed before on first days of school, sleepovers,e.But i finally understood missing someone.
But part of it came form my destination i was in the court yard of one of the best schools in Colorado Aspen's School of Performing Arts for  A.S.P.A.. This school wasn't for kids from Lakewood it was for people who lived in Aspen and you could see that plain and clear through the students who had butlers carrying suitcases of numerous sizes. It was obvious i didn't belong i didn't even think i could  be accepted until i got the fancy letter asking for my answer and my mothers credit card.
But i also missed her because she knew something  that i didn't when i received the invitation she looked scared like something was going to happen to me but even after telling her for the millionth time she still tried to talk me out of it.

There was something about this school something different, something calling me and that i belonged here. But that was the only thing because everything else told me otherwise...
